Honestly this didn't have the feeling or atmosphere of a real squash tournament. What i mean is the traditional 3 day tourny is really a good vibe and feeling....this Club Championship spread over 3 weeks did not have that feeling at all. There was not any publicity at CDL about the tournament, nor any awards ceremony, just no excitement really.

Communication was a lack in the begining due to the no reply system provided by sporty hq. It was impossible to know if the mails were or not received when replying and was quite upsetting.

the event lasted to long giving people to much time on their hands. Results were some matches took forever to get played. In the ed, it still had to be mashed up in 2 final days so I feel 1 week 2 week ends would be plenty to get settled with it all.

The draws should show somewhere around the courts to make it easier for everyone and maybe see a system allowing the reception to know who is playing who. The girls are not to blame and were left unable to help or answer anyone.

maybe see a possibility to have Black Knight sponser the balls next year ;)
